Window Sills
Precast concrete sills are used below ledges and transitions. Sills are manufactured from high quality concrete and are reinforced.
Sizes available:
• 500mmx170mm / 250mmx170mm
Lintels
Precast concrete lintels are used as headers above windows, doorframes and openings. Martin’s Concrete Products’ lintels are wet cast from quality steel moulds, using high strength concrete. All aggregates and cement are of SABS quality. The lintels are prestressed giving the lintel high strength to section ration, minimizing cost and making for safer handling. Lintels must be properly propped at regular intervals of 1.2m with an overhang of 10% with each side a minimum of 200mm. Brick force must be installed for every course over the opening supported by lintels. Props can be removed after 10 days. Minimum of 4 brick courses over opening.
We offer lintels in the following sizes:
- • 100mmx70mm, length 0.9m to 6.6m, 300mm increments
- • 150mmx70mm, length 0.9m to 6.6m, 300mm increments
Gulley Tops
Standard dished gulley tops for use under taps.

Building Columns
Columns are manufactured using GRC concrete. Our columns do not have any joints which allows for stronger product. Columns are not structured supports unless so designed by a civil engineer.
Column are manufactured in the following sizes:
- • 2.0x200mm, 2.5x200mm, 3.0x200mm
- • 2.0x250mm, 2.5x250mm, 3.0x250mm
- • 2.0x300mm, 2.5x300mm, 3.0x300mm
Headers and Footers
